BOTANICAL GARDEN is one of the famous destinations of those foreigners once they are here in Baguio which is located along Leonard Wood right after Teachers Camp and before the Wright Park.
LANDMARK AND SCENIC SITES SAYS:
It is also known as the Igorot Village, the Botanical Garden features native huts typical of the type of Igorot dwellings found in the Cordilleras. The village is said to capture the ethnic spirit and cultural legacy of the Igorots and being tranquil and quiet, it is a nice place to just sit down and relax, take a leisurely stroll along its narrow and winding pathways and also enjoy the landscape where you will find numerous plants and trees. You will be welcomed by a bas relief sculpture made of cement and stone depicting the different rituals of the Cordillera tribes, with real live Igorots who will be more than willing to pose for photos for a small fee.
As it was written above, this is a nice place where you can relax so we went here with my friend for us to practice her photography skills and to relax after our busy days. This is a nice place as well where you can have your photoshoot because of its awesome view.
So here are some pictures that my photographer took (she’s not a PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER but an ASPIRING PHOTOGRAPHER!)
In addition, this place is good for family picnic and a perfect place where lovers can have a date because it is very quite.
